Outside activities

The involvement of faculty in complementary activities is quite intense. Among the numerous complementary activities of the Program's faculty, the following relevant participations stand out:
Participation in dissertation and thesis defense committees, as well as in hiring competitions for professors at universities across the country;
Review of articles submitted for national and international conferences;
Review of articles submitted for publication in various national and international journals;
Organization of technical sessions at national and international conferences;
Presentation of lectures in Brazil and abroad;
Ad-hoc evaluation of projects submitted to different funding agencies.
